Log into your AD Tech account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned tech, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
